Diehm, great-great-grandson of the original founder. The patriarch of the land surveying business was John T. Weber, a prominent citizen, teacher and justice of the peace. He taught his grandson, Paul F. Diehm, the business and passed it to the next generation in 1934. During his 34 years as owner, Paul F. Diehm performed thousands of property surveys and in 1968 his sons, Dale and Paul R., took over the business. They had joined the company in 1956, when the name Diehm & Sons was adopted. In 1980, Timothy joined the family business after completing his education at Penn State University. Through those years, Diehm & Sons has become one of the most recognized names in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. We have surveyed many of the largest industrial sites and developments in the area and have worked closely with many of the area's municipalities.
